Abstract

Innovation – Developing the future leaders of the NHS through educational leadership fellowship programmes and how the aims and outcomes align with the Clinical Leadership Competency Framework (CLCF). It is envisaged that alumni of these programmes will continue to utilise their newly developed leadership skills into their ongoing careers, not only as educators, but more importantly they will have a positive effect on their clinical and managerial roles as well.
