Abstract

Spontaneous ureteral rupture associated with pregnancy is a rare but important pathology, requiring prompt diagnosis and intervention. A recent case observed in a busy centre for Obstetrics and Gynaecology demonstrates the need to recognize such patients, and initiate multidisciplinary team approach to management.
